Terms of use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Gusty. We've kept them short and plain. By using Gusty, you agree to them.
Who we are
Gusty is run by Aniela Fidler-Wieruszewska, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Gusty. Contact: hello@heygusty.com
Gusty is new
Gusty is in early testing. Features may change, and things may sometimes go wrong or be unavailable. We'll always try to keep your work safe.
AI suggestions are suggestions
Gusty's readings, directions and steps are prepared by AI. They can be wrong or incomplete, so please check anything important yourself. Gusty doesn't give legal, financial or other professional advice, and can't promise funding or results.
Your work stays yours
What you write in Gusty belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it only to run Gusty for you, as described in our privacy notice. You can download or delete your projects at any time.
Using Gusty fairly
Please don't use Gusty to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to try to get around its security or limits, or to overload it. We may pause or close accounts that do.
Supporting Gusty
Support payments are voluntary and are handled by Stripe. Gusty isn't a registered charity, so support isn't tax-deductible, and it doesn't unlock extra features. You can stop monthly support at any time. If you change your mind, email hello@heygusty.com within 14 days of a payment for a full refund.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Leaving Gusty
You can stop using Gusty and delete your account at any time on My Projects.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you can bring any claim in your local courts.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
